The Illinois State Rifle Association (ISRA) is hosting a Gun Owners Lobby Day at the State Capitol in Springfield, IL on March 11th. The Fifty Caliber Institute applauds this effort and urges all law abiding gun owners to join ISRA in their demonstration to stand up for their 2nd Amendment Rights.

Illinois is under vicious attack by the Mayor Daly / Governor Blagojevich machine to ban all firearms including the 50 BMG target rifle. We urge everyone who cares about his/her rights to join ISRA in their efforts in Springfield on March 11th.

Additional information:	All Illinois gun owners are invited to join in Illinois Gun Owners Lobby Day (IGOLD) in Springfield on March 11, 2007. This is an annual event where the members directly lobby their representatives in the Illinois House and Senate. For the second year, the ISRA is partnering with local and internet organizations in Illinois to increase participation and make a bigger & better impression in Springfield. Stay for the reception at the Illinois State Library Auditorium from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, meet & greet Illinois legislators.
